If you know you cannot participate in a class you have signed up for, you can transfer it to a friend or family member. Please make sure to tell us in advance who will be attending in your place.

If you have an extenuating circumstance, we will handle each cancellation on a case by case basis.

Make-up classes may be offered in the following circumstances: for cancellations made at the discretion of Flotion (e.g. teacher illness, poor weather conditions, minimum amount of participants not reached, etc). We will make sure to update and inform you about these circumstances.

In major events beyond Flotion’s control (pandemic, government restrictions, etc), any classes that cannot take place in person will be offered online.

Subscription cancellation

One full calendar month is required to cancel a monthly subscription.

Venue Use

Before entering the Studio in Tanzhaus Zürich please take off your shoes. You are welcome to bring extra socks or slippers for yourself and your little one.
